Portable Beveling Machine
Tri Tool's Model 204B BEVELMASTER features inline feed for general ease-of-use, a powerful 1.5HP motor and a versatile cutting head which accepts a wide variety of bits.
The head is sealed to protect the inner components. The solid milled body has a heavy duty gear set and tapered roller bearings for reliability.
A tool steel mandrel and durable hardened steel mounting blocks provide positive grip and the 1.5" feed length is perfect for deep counterboring and additional accessories.

The Model 204B BEVELMASTER is an ID mounting weld end prep machine for 1 ½" to 4" pipe (all schedules) plus ¾" pipe up to schedule 80 and 1" pipe up to schedule 160
One unique mandrel with interchangeable mounting blocks provides an inside diameter mounting range of 1.25" to 4.33"
Optional mandrels are available for mounting in .63" to 1.00" and 1.00" to 1.25" ID's
The 4" diameter cutter head provides maximum tool bit versatility with 3 tool slots to allow simultaneous beveling, facing and counterboring
The facing tool bit has a Cam adjustment mechanism for quick and simple land thickness adjustments. Mandrel shaft is hardened to Rockwell C55 and incorporates a shaft seal for maximum life
A 1.5 HP pneumatic motor provides for maximum cutting speed and wall thickness capability
Cutting head rotation and speed are controlled by a deadman control and a flow control valve
An inline feed mechanism allow the operator to rapidly advance or retract the cutting head while providing good cutting control
The air motor requires 55 cfm of air flow at 90 psi for maximum performance
Accessories for mounting in elbows, thin wall tube and refacing flanges are available
